To teach black kids how to study?  What exactly is the purpose?  How do you stop the white kids from doing well and everyone else from doing poorly like in the link. You don't understand.  It's not about helping the Black and Hispanic kids do better.  MCPS considers that a lost cause.  The new plan is to sprinkle Whites and Asians into the lower performing schools so that the [b]average[/b] test scores go up.  Get it now?  Your child is considered a tool to MCPS.[/quote]
