Stop with the generalizations.

I'm a D - although not a "neo" D who loves the squad.  Any vagina or penis who cheats is guilty.  Omar is guilty - and she's an idiot.  I might be able to overlook her personal life if she weren't so g-damn preachy. But when politicians spout off about religious beliefs (Christian, Muslim, Jewish, blah blah blah) and then commit a "sin," they're too stupid and hypocritical to lead anyone.

Then divorced other man and married the current husband legally a month later? That's a lot to follow for the average voter, especially ones who look to her religion as a positive factor in voting for her [/quote]

Her Muslim constituency is perfectly aware of the subtleties between civil and religious marriage.  It is also well aware of the utility of marriages of convenience.  None of these things are taboo.
