There are very few great coaches in the DMV that are true talent developers. Of the few, they are spread out. No club has a monopoly on this.

The FCV 05 team would be average if not for them acquiring the two best 05 teams at that time; Loudoun 05 and ODFC 05. (Talent Acquisition). Them beating Richmond is no surprise. It was expected.

The FCV 04 team has a lot of things going on with it that is impacting them in a negative way. Too much parental influence. I'm not surprised they got beat.

The FCV 03 team is a "new" team because DA split the 02/03 age group. The team was probabley top heavy with 02s last year which left the 03s weaker then normal this year.

FCV lost because they got beat. Lots of different factors. None of which had to do with trying out new things. It's the same thing that happened at playoffs.

Correct.  Other coaches in the club have said that and worse.  Part of #FCVCulture[/quote]

Other coaches make comments on appearance. To pre-teen girls no less. 'Slower than grandma' is tame in comparison.[/quote]
