Why does her father’s behaviour say “a lot about her”?  DH and I have been together more than 15 years, and neither he, nor DD have met her.

What it says to me is that she has the strength and boundaries to estrange a parent who, for whatever reason, is toxic in her life. She appears very close to her mother. Read the family relationship forum here for possible reasons a normal person may estrange a parent, even one that has appeared to be a “good” parent in the last. She doesn’t need to report the reason to the media or public. [/quote]

She doesn’t appear close to her mom at all, actually. They spend Christmas’s apart (even from before she met Harry) and all her insta pics were gushing over her relationship with her “daddy”. It’s weird though that she was the only family member MM invited to her wedding. Like what about her uncle that gave her that job? No cousins? There’s just something off about this....[/quote]

Still stuck on the wedding? Her mother was not her only relative there. They just didn't publicize it. The way the press foams at the mouth about anything Meghan related from nail polish color to throwing a tantrum because her baby's godparents were publicized, it was smart to not run to the tabloids waving their invitations.

An eagle-eye wedding watcher on twitter spotted Doria's stepmother Ava Burrows (her father's much younger 2nd wife) and her son/ Doria's half brother Alvin entering at 1:00:58. Allegedly her cousins may have been there as well they just didn't tell the press about it.
