From Baltimore to DC we 10 GDA/ECNL clubs so about 200 “elite” players per age group. Not that many elite players per age group. And don’t forget pipeline!  That would make 11 elite teams right pipeline dad. [/quote]

In this area VDA provides the easy comparison.  They were very weak in the DA and now better than average in the ECNL.  Do I need to hold your hand through this one?  GDA >>> ECNL.  In the mid-atlantic and everywhere else.[/quote]

05/06 are the only teams that had ecnl success. Neither played DA. 04 performed about how they did in DA. 03 actually performed better in the DA. 01/02 were terrible in DA and terrible in ecnl. So no easy comparison there.[/quote]

What is telling are the repeated and consistent not-so-close results between VDA and FCV when  VDA was in the GDA.  Also telling are the scorelines between VDA and the top teams in the GDA MA conference.   VDA took a beating.  Meanwhile, in the U15 and younger age groups, VDA among the strongest in ECNL.  2+2=4.  Even in the grossly diluted MA conferences, GDA>>>>ECNL.[/quote]

FCV is definitely better than vda 04 and older. What’s your point?
