As early as Dec 2016, when the whole Jill Stein "recount effort" was happening, someone on twitter posted precinct data from Pennsylvania. I cannot find the post now, but my recollection is that there were many precincts that had exact percentages (ie Trump 75% Clinton 25%) - if that happens once, it is a unicorn....but it happened in like 10-15 precincts....a virtual impossibility.[/quote]
