I don't want to derail- these are impressive stats. I am reading with interest. I went to a state school and graduated without debt. I was able to take on some debt for grad school, but was also much more employable--after a few years in some less than stellar jobs, I started making plenty of money to rapidly pay down my debt. It's my two cents- my DS is really smart, but I will discourage him from taking on much/if any debt as an undergrad. College admittance is hard, but so is the job market. [/quote]
