Are you saying that there are lots of students who live in, for example, a single-family-detached house in Bethesda, but provide an address in a multi-family building in Rockville in order to attend Julius West MS or Richard Montgomery HS?[/quote] Isn't RM higher ranked than BCC for academics?[/quote]
