DP.  Fine!  All-choice system it is.  Locate the immersion programs at Carlin Springs and ATS.  Cite your top three preferences and have an 80% chance of getting your first choice, 90% chance of getting your first or second choice.  Enroll students based on preferences cited, proximity, and economic status.  Boom. Done.[/quote]
