Not the PP you are talking about, but many of us non-believers have read the bible (and other holy books).  That's how they became non-believers.

Some are even quite expert on the subject. For instance, Bart Ehrmann, and Matt Dilahunty.

Biblically educated non-believer would never claim that God and Satan are on equal footing in the Bible. That is an utterly non-Biblical claim.
