It's MUCH easier to go from 270 to 225 than to lose the last 5-20 pounds which is what many of women who resort to Phen Pro are trying to do. Most of us who are just 10 pounds overweight can't lose that weight by just cutting out all wine or sugar or carbs and we already eat really healthy diets. Your experience isn't really relevant at all to someone who is trying to go from 145 to 130. How you are eating now is likely how we have eaten for years.
Im under the impression that you have to be at a certain BMI to take diet pills. I want to lose 10 lbs--I can't say need because I am not in the overweight category--although the top end of the healthy category--and I dont think I qualify based on a BMI of 23.5 Losing weight is hard for many people, fat and thin. the last 10 lbs for me is very hard because what it would take to get there is more than intermittent fasting and low carb, which is how I live. It would be upping exercise seriously and cutting out the treats and bringing all my meals, etc. Doable, but i'm not committed enough I guess.
