Please don't do it. Please. Visit dietdoctor.com. Fast intermittently and go low carb. It's free, it fits into your life, and the only side effects are weight loss without lower g metabolism. Google Jason Fung. I'm 46, have a 3 year old, and I was 270 at 5'7" last year. I'm 225 now and I haven't even seriously implemented all of the ideas; I'm just occasionally intermittent fasting and I've lowered my carb intake and raised my fat intake. No hunger. Please just google it!
It's MUCH easier to go from 270 to 225 than to lose the last 5-20 pounds which is what many of women who resort to Phen Pro are trying to do. Most of us who are just 10 pounds overweight can't lose that weight by just cutting out all wine or sugar or carbs and we already eat really healthy diets. Your experience isn't really relevant at all to someone who is trying to go from 145 to 130. How you are eating now is likely how we have eaten for years.
I would think it would be harder to lose 45 pounds then 5 pounds. If you only have to lose 5-20 pounds, you really shouldn't be taking diet pills. That's not a significant amount of weight. Many heavy women do eat comparably to much thinner women, BTW.
