I work with someone who is an evangelical preacher from the south and he seriously believes that Trump has made a deal with the devil and/or is the antichrist and his reign is a sign of end of times.  (To be clear, he is not a Trump supporter and believes that nothing short of literal diabolical intervention would enable trump’s ascendency.).  I have to say this makes as much sense as any other explanation I’ve heard of.  [/quote]

I kind of think this too. I grew up in the evangelical culture. It's mind blowing that this group is devotedly following one of the most immoral people to ever walk planet earth. It's like straight out of the book of Revelation. [/quote]
