The K street law firms are also closer to the west side. There are a lot of people for whom living in Silver Spring would double their commute time. Rockville has a large established Asian community, churches, family owned restaurants, multigenerational families. The western side also has an established Jewish population, There are lots of reasons why highly educated groups choose the west over the east. [/quote]
