That is the smoking gun.  They could vet the legality so as to force us into it, but they built the building without vetting the legality and they spent more time on vetting the legality than trying to anticipate enrollment.

Options A-D are dead. E-G are on life support.  MCPS pulled Wootton from the CIP and almost immediately proposed Option H. If that optic doesn’t represent MCPS’ latest pursuit, [b]explain why it is still even being considered with all the opposition?[/b]  Why isn’t it DOA like Options A-D?[/quote]

Let’s focus on reality. Option H is the latest thinking from MCPS. There is no discussion of Options A-D after Churchill parents generated strong opposition. They may be options on paper, but there’s no way they’ll be recommended. Option H is beginning to reach that point as well as more and more Wootton families mobilize. Toss in the real possibility of litigation and thousands of pissed off voters, MCPS will need to come up with more options and get more public input. [/quote]
