I think they were incredibly naive. They thought everyone in western Fairfax would love them for upending the CIP to spend money on a new HS near Carson. I’m sure most of them gave very little thought until recently to what the back end adjustments might look like, and even then most are probably just hunkered down and deferring to Reid and Dixit. Spoke in the 1st community meeting after the 1/2 revisions came out regarding Westfield. Basically ignored while they touted how awesome the change was for Lees Corner. Then ended up sending an email to the whole board regarding the middle school and high school misalignments after the single scenario came out. Just received a canned response from Dixit today referencing Wesfield, but nothing regarding Stone, Liberty or RR. So clear she didn't even bother to read the letter. No response from anyone else and its been over a week.[/quote]
