[/quote] I think that’s the Achilles heel of non-top clubs that start out strong. Hard to add people in the way that Hero’s and M&D do. Talent is clamoring to get there, but strong younger teams from HOCO or Rebels can’t add people and are likely to have some of their talent defect. Even Coppermine and MDU suffer this, though at least they can at times keep it somewhat together to field a top 10 or 20 middle or high school aged team.[/quote]
