If GC players are regularly getting recruited by "academic" D3 schools, I say good for the players and the school.  I've always thought D1 lax is way overrated, unless you are playing on a top 20 team, and actually getting playing time.  Otherwise, you're just practice fooder, and it's a grind that takes away from a full college experience.  D3 sports should be the model for most in my view.[/quote]

Agree. I would just be nice to have a 1/2 decent coaching staff during HS games. At least make it fun. Losing by 15 isn't fun for either team.

Recruiting is from clubs anyway.
