Yes solid team with wins against the good teams you mentioned.

Also players from stafford is a mouth burning coffee hot take. Between the trap players and all the girls thinking they will show up and make the team and fix/fill gaps, IDs should be unnecessarily crowded and very interesting.  Yes vda is currently a middle of the pack team.  The consensus is that is due to new group additions and TDs misguided scouting/preferences.  I would say they could use a shake up but they did make some headway with some solid players and gain some positive momentum latter half of the season.  Let’s see how the game against the Carolinas goes before counting your chickens. They may not need the help from anyone much less from stafford.
