On August 29th, Brandon posted a pic of Ben in the ER after he had broken his arm while playing football. On September 6th, 2019, he posted a pic of Ben having surgery on his arm. Given that Tina is some sort of a healthcare professional, I speculate Brandon met her during this event.

On September 11, Jen posted about leaving for her first trip of the fall. I think this left Brandon as the caregiver for Ben and his broken arm during this time and it gave Brandon ample opportunity to begin a flirtatious thing with Tina. Jen seemed to be away from home and  traveling quite a bit in September and October of 2019. I think this was the window in which Brandon and Tina began their affair.

Around November 16th Brandon and Jen were in Tulum for a friend’s wedding/vacation. I think Brandon spent the entire vacation sneaking away and texting Tina about how much he missed her. They left on November 23rd according to Jen’s IG.

On November 24 2019, Tina re-posted one of those sappy posts where basically the message is “One day someone will enter your life with all the love you’ve ever lost and it will all make sense.” It seemed to indicate she had found a partner, however she doesn’t post any pics of who she could be talking about (probably bc her perfect man was still married). I think that when Brandon returned from Tulum, seeing Tina was the first thing on his to-do list so he saw her and professed how much he had missed her and then went into some type of gaslighting spiel about how they had to lay low at her place and not be seen so as not to have their affair exposed.

Brandon posted a couple of pics of himself at the lake in December and he seemed to be there by himself. I think he took Tina there and this is the real reason that Jen wanted to sell the lakehouse – although I do think there was also some financial messiness with the lakehouse. When Covid first hit, Jen made a post about having to refund about $25k in AirBnb deposits on their lakehouse. So…since they were using their lakehouse as a rental, according to Texas law, you’re required to pay the hotel/motel tax on that and sometimes, the owners themselves are responsible for doing that. This is a somewhat new-ish law on the books and it probably caught Jen by surprise and she may not have found out that they owed taxes on it until they went to sell it. Again – just speculation of things that could have happened.

I also think that Brandon felt the need to buy Tina expensive gifts during their affair so he was buying her Gucci bags, jewelry, etc. Brandon (like Jen) seems to have zero self-worth and they tie their value to a partner. Brandon probably thought he was incredibly lucky to land Texas Barbie and was going to do everything he could to hold on to her. That being said, I genuinely don’t think he planned on being with her – I think he wanted to have his cake and eat it too – never thinking that he’d get caught. When Jen uncovered everything, it kind of forced his hand and he had to commit to Tina because God forbid he just be alone and by himself.

Back to the timeline - I think on Glennon’s podcast Jen mentioned that she felt something wasn’t right around in January, 2020. I’m sure that Brandon was slinking off to corners of the house to text Tina and was probably traveling “for work” but hooking up with Tina.

On February 15, 2020 he posted a pic that said, “Good Things Take Time”, no doubt a shoutout to Tina who was probably ticked he had to spend VDay with his wife.

On April 6, 2020 he posted what would be a few posts thanking those serving in healthcare and a partnership with Legacy Collective – no doubt a nod to Tina – the HeAlThCaRe professional.

It was in April where Jen was having a meltdown bc Brandon had begun to rip up the porch. I think quarantine had gotten to him and he was bursting at the seams since he wasn’t getting to see his mistress as much as he wanted to. He was literally telling Jen and the kids that he was tearing the home apart. Destruction was coming soon.

When Jen posted a pic of the two of them in June, she used a picture of them that she had posted before leading me to believe they didn’t have sunset and rainbows anniversary.

On September 7, 2020, Jen posted that her and Brandon were divorcing. On September 23rd Brandon posted a pic showing that he had moved out of his house. This couch looks to be an identical version of one that shows up in a pic on Tina’s FB page. I think Brandon moved directly in with Tina.

On February 10, 2021, Tina announced on FB that she was in a relationship with Brandon.  I think Tina posted this literally the day the ink was dry on their divorce papers as she’d been his secret girlfriend for over a year.  The timeline matches up – when she announced it on FB it was 6 months after the divorce announcement, which would have had them officially divorced.

So why did they get divorced: he had an affair and it was with Tina. He spent money from their joint account buying Tina expensive gifts. They had to scrape together some money to get the lakehouse taxes paid off before hitting the market so there weren’t any title issues. They sold the lakehouse because Brandon had been taking Tina up there. Brandon seems to really love his alcohol (based on the pics that their friends are tagging them in on social media during this current trip – they’re drinking like they’re 18 years old and on Spring Break – it comes across as midlife crisis immature.

I don’t think their relationship will last the long haul because Brandon just doesn’t seem to know who he really is as a person. Until he figures that out, he’s not going to be happy and will continue to chase the booze, the women and whatever makes him a caricature of a fake Texas Cowboy living in his own Yellowstone drama.

Same with Jen – this thing with Tyler is a joke. They have zero sexual chemistry but they may make good friends. Until Jen realizes who she is (the modern day version of a TV evangelist who takes advantage of people), she’ll continue to just chase…nonsense.

I too am a bit taken back by this novel of a post. Unless you know they had an affair why would you write all of this? Is it all based on social media? How much space are these idiots taking up in your brain?

So many questions!!!
