Explain to me why it was unsafe for public school students to attend school but safe for private school kids? Or why schools closed when spread was practically  non existent and reopened again in winter 2021 when covid cases in our area were peaking? How was any of that appropriate? Can you really not understand why parents are angry?[/quote]

I have a kid in public and a kid in private.

At the private they mandated a lot - testing, masking, no traveling/sports, etc. It was easy to control the families. They also have smaller classes and more space - including outdoor. [/quote]
