Duane was allegedly in a getaway car while his partner murdered someone. That is obviously bad yet different than committing the murder one’s self. I don’t know if Duane knew his friend would murder someone or knew it was happening when it happened. Without knowing details, I’ll refrain from judgment.

He served time in jail. If we believe time served is effective and a penance, then we can take that into consideration. The man has caught many a criminal. While catching the Max Factor heir, Duane put himself at risk in Mexico. He didn’t have to do that.

Life is not all black and white. Many a politician indirectly kills people and are not held to account. Life is complicated. [/quote]
