Some didn't have enough smarts to actually do the school work. A lot used drugs or had a criminal background. Going to private school was nothing to strive for it was basically that or go to jail because you would be arrested for not attending school. I have learned it is different in the dc area but still I sometimes think hmmm what do they mean by private school???[/quote]
