“The reason this shoe is so sexy . . ,” literally a direct quote as she sits on the ground and bends over the boots wearing a very low cut dress. I guess she didn’t actually wear a coat to cover herself up all of the time when on set. Just another Lively lie.
She was not in costume during that coat incident, but seems to be in costume in the shoe video
And by “incident” you mean him saying “I like your outfit” lol. Lively supporters are wild. If in her sick mind she believes he only said that b/c her top was low cut, perhaps she should both seek help and stick to turtle necks.
He didn't say "I like your outfit." He said "sexy". And Jamey Heath really did walk in on her undressed, against her objections, and refuse to leave or turn away. And Baldoni and Heath really did pressure her to do the birth scene without a hospital gown. And Baldoni really did talk about violating consent with women before when he was with Blake in a car. Does this add up to sexual harassment? I'm honestly not sure. I think it's obnoxious, inappropriate behavior. It might not fit the legal definition of sexual harassment. But she certainly had a right to complain about it, and to ask for improved working conditions, and to not be punished for those complaints/requests via a PR campaign against her when the movie came out. I understand the arguments that Blake doesn't have a strong legal case. I think I might agree. I will never understand people who claim Baldoni's and Heath's behavior was a-ok and that they are the real victims here. So baffling to me. These guys sounds awful.
At her deposition, she changed it to “I like your outfit.” She also said something to the effect that Health wasn’t looking at her in a harassing way, it came up in oral argument. Blake bots seem completely out of touch with documents and case developments. And yes, he talked about nonconsexual sex because they were making a movie about domestic violence. Liman appreciated nearly every allegation of sexual harassment related to discussions or scenes from the movie they were making, might be time for you to as well.
Yes it was “I like your outfit”. PP is confused. The rest of it, that he was only saying it b/c it was low cut, is projection from Blake. And the way she lies, I’d take it with a huge grain of salt. Remember “you smell so good”. Blake has a way of twisting things just enough. Same in the onesie. There’s a video. Justin was trying to direct her but she wanted to be the director so wouldn’t listen. She had a coat on over the onesie. He wanted her to take it off, saying “it’s hot” as in hot in here. When she didn’t respond to that, he said it would be sexy, again an attempt to get her to take the coat off.
