ECNL should have had a transition period to help the kids who are in recruiting years. They are all about college right? Instead they are crushing college plans
This is exactly how you know what was said in the townhall is just an attempt to shift the blame. Mclean has known about this for months, chose to sit on it, and then looks to blame ECNL. There was time to work with the national organization, but they couldn't make an alliance happen fast enough and at the last minute, it turned out to be with another ECNL program instead of the others that were called. Union or Brave could still offer to support those kids in their affected recruiting years using their college connections. NM and others have already supported many external kids they train when it comes to recruiting and introductions. There's no reason they can't do it it now, and so far, no one has posted anything to say they've asked for that support and been denied. Stop wringing your hands and threatening lawsuits about what's happening and do something to help your kids find a soft landing, internally to FXU/Mclean/BRYC/VYS or externally. It sucks but it's happening.
