Is ECNL really the villain though?  They do need to keep up certain things.  If a club isn’t meeting those levels then they need to make adjustments. I’m not sure we know when the cllub(s) were notified.  And the club(s) decided how to proceed.  Is it possible the ECNL said you have another year or two or whatever timeframe to get your teams in order?  We don’t have alll the facts.   [/quote]

attended town hall last night.  ECNL first approached Brave and MYS at the coaches meeting in January 2024.  MYS at least (unclear on Brave) asked for a year to transition so that this could rolled out in a more coherent manner. ECNL essentially said no. It had to be now or else they would not renew membership in April.  ECNL guy sounded like a true jerk. [/quote]
