While it may be technically true security didn't have "the right" to draw weapons, the swimmers were not in Rockville. They were in Rio, a place where any cash business operating at night has armed security. All Brazilians know this. If they indeed kicked in the bathroom door, the security guys would likely taken it as a personal insult, a slap in the face. It's sort of like walking in front of a police car in, say, Rockville and taking a piss in front of the cops. It won't end well for the pisser. [/quote]
