I really think that she was on vacation with her family when she got this call out of the blue from Kanye.

Taylor didn't write this song, she had nothing to do with this video.  She didn't hear the song or see the video before they were released.  She did not expect the song and video to be so vulgar and embarrassing.   Do you honestly think that this garbage is something that Taylor Swift would ever embrace?  That really seems extremely unlikely.[/quote]

Let's flip the script - has Taylor ever given anyone the heads up before she bashes them in songs - John Mayer, Jake G., whatever Jonas brother she was banging (the 27 seconds song), Katy Perry, the Kennedy kid, even her friend Abigail who had her virginity paraded on the radio? Why is it OK for Taylor to do it without warning but it's not for Kanye (even when he gives warning)? Justin Timberlake used a Britney look alike in "cry me a river", where was the outrage then?![/quote]

+1.  He owes her nothing and vice versa.  He's a rapper (very very good one).  They diss people. She got dissed. I don't understand the outrage.  Where were y'all when Eminem talked so bad about Brittney Spears and Mariah Carey?[/quote]
