Another point is Orlando killer is American citizen born to parents who came to the USA over 30 years ago. Thats like saying Dylann roof , the white supremacist or Robert Dear the christian weirdo or many other racists should have been stopped BY GOING IN TO THE PAST and stopping their white parents from coming into the country.

I'm sorry, but the bolded? You really want to take rights away from citizens the government has deemed unsafe and make THEM prove they are on the list in error? What other constitutional right do you want them to lose and then have to prove? Perhaps the eight? They can be tortured until they prove they are on the list erroneously? How about the sixth? No speedy trial for you unless you prove you are on the list erroneously. See how that works?

You are proving my point. The Orlando killer was an American citizen. He was also a Muslim who worshipped at a church where an Imam told members that they were doing gay people a favor by killing them. The problem isn't his color - it's his religious beliefs. Just like Dear's.[/quote]
