I think it's half of his property because they were married. It's the knocks. Bethenny should have taken the high road during the divorce. From what I read, what set off the insanity was her initial play for sole legal/physical custody of their kid. That's was a hostile starting point. And they spent years fighting over custody before Bethenny dropped her bid (after testifying on the stand and giving the press her side of the story). Jason never testified in the custody hearing since she settled the joint custody issue (and tellingly he never went for anything except joint custody).

Long story short, she isn't playing it smart despite her endlessly trying to sell her life, brand, etc. Her house is a mess. It's hard to buy into her giving endless advice.[/quote]
