Basis kids - even the highest performers - cheat on the Comps and the administration is well aware of this - at least in the Middle School, where they WANT the numbers to keep getting their money.  They only confiscate cell phones for AP Exams.

So in terms of the environment, by turning a blind eye they are practicing a form of social promotion, and my kids have been really upset/discouraged by their friends who cheat although they would not rat them out in a million years.  Too small a community.[/quote]
