It's not just the Mandarin Immersion/Latin/Hebrew crowd, it's also KIPP, DC Prep, Howard Math & Science, etc. Those schools serve a very high percentage of FARMs students, and they do it well. Perhaps someone has cracked the code, you just haven't bothered to look and don't care because it doesn't affect your lily-white world.[/quote]
