I don't want to have to explain to my front desk receptionist why it really is her job to do x y z and that we all have to do what our boss says, and get a snotty attitude about it.  I've had to deal with this so many times over the years, it's very discouraging.

Speaking correctly and being polite and pleasant go a long way for people of any race.  [/quote]
