You have to look at Kent through the lens of who he is.  Of course he's coming from this MAGA standpoint but that doesn't mean he doesn't get frustrated with what he sees as the breakdown in intelligence and channels.  He was hired to do a specific job and then felt like he was prevented from doing said job.

Where he doesn't get, and should, is that however Israel is lobbying doesn't absolve any of these people from properly doing these jobs.  The US leaders should be smart and savvy enough to ask questions.  But of course Trump is a moron and/or compromised (probably both) who deliberately surrounded himself with people who are either also morons or compromised (or both).

So people have to reckon with the fact that Israel doing deceptive lobbying doesn't in any way excuse the Trump administration ignoring their own sources and government and going along with it.[/quote]
