So you're one of those SEC employee that's not a member of the union, don't pay dues but enjoy the union acquired benefits I see. Now complaining about not being privy to union communications. What a farce.
Ah, I see. So when the Union wants me to fill out a survey or send emails or something else to advance its agenda, I’m supposed to do that. But I’m not important enough to see the stupid arbitration decision? Got it. Btw, the union filed the grievance on behalf of all BU members, not just dues paying members.
Just join the union bro.
Sure, so they can use my dues to negotiate a CBA that’s not worth the paper it’s printed on? I have better uses for my money — like using it for toilet paper.
Somebody really has their panties in a bunch, don’t they? The hearts and minds of people like you will never be won over so why try? You are probably the 30 minute lunch defrauder marauder.
Keep telling yourself this as you commute for two hours a day. Tape the CBA to your windshield for good luck, while you pay your dues. Sucker.
Why so much fighting? Union member or not, this Chairman doesn’t like you! He doesn’t want you to telework. He doesn’t care about your family or other commitments. He is certain you are overpaid. He wants us all to turn on each other while he puts on his fake smile. What PA is going to do is to offer 1 TW day per week to the Union and offer not to appeal the arbitrator’s decision. That’s all we are all going to get. Now to back to work, overpaid peasants.
