As for the people arguing about the snow removal--if your street hasn't been plowed, you are stuck. This isn't a scenario you can fix. It sounds like tomorrow is needed to make the first plow pass on quite a few neighborhoods. But, if your street is plowed(ish) and you have not dug out your car/cleared your driveway, it's time to buckle up and get to work. I finished the clear out today when it was (relatively) warm and the sun was out. Nothing is melting, but it warmed up enough to be able to clear the car and the part of the driveway I need to exit.
