I think the concept was good but it’s just not working, mostly because the V is too deep.  Combined with the piddling hem. It just looks like she borrowed a dress from a much larger woman.  Too bad because it would be a cool dress otherwise and I think that’s a good way to fancy up her bob.[/quote]
