Like Hannah Einbinder's dress definitely looked to long in photos to me, but I think those blue panels on the sides were part of a train, so it was a bit hard to tell -- it mind read differently in a photo on stairs, or in a photo where she is walking. With the velvet dress, I can't tell wear her shoes are in terms of the hem of the dress, and wether the slight pooling on the side and back is a hem issue or intended to be a small train.
