Education has changed a lot in a decade. [/quote] PP here. Agree. In 5 years. Our ES went from one of the better to Title I. There was also some really disheartening analysis on a FB page that it is white kids who are seeing marked performance declines. The elimination of meaningful gifted education seems to have consequences. [/quote]
