My observation is that Visi just featured some of their younger talent yesterday.  Some strong sophomores there, and Junior HG player went off. And they didn't have their Freshman playing either. Folks on the other thread who have discounted Visi, may have done so prematurely.  That said, SR didn't have 5-6 of their top players, and the Saints weren't there at all.[/quote]

The general consensus is that the 2028 DMV class is seen as somewhat weak, with its talent scattered across multiple schools, including public schools in Virginia. The sophomore class at Visi reflects this situation. As far as I know, there hasn't been a transfer from Virginia to Visi, but unless it's a top-tier player (e.g., someone from M&D Black or Hero's Green) it wouldn't significantly impact things anyway. Agreed. If the Battlefield kids are smart, and as good as folks say, they should transfer to a private ASAP to play with and against the top talent. Also looks good on a resume if the goal is to play in college.[/quote]

College coaches consider club.  They generally don't care about which HS a player attended (other than to the extent it impacts the academic index, if any, that the coach must meet for admissions).  [/quote]

Playing in the prviate leagues makes the players way better. Blowing out other weak public schools by 20 doesn't make anyone better.[/quote]
