I can't from far away, but I can from a few feet away.  Maybe some people have more sensitive noses than others.  I can also smell the outside on people -- geosmin -- but no one else in my family can.

Everyone can’t smell this? That outside smell. Ahh I didn’t know that. I have a nose like a truffle pig and it does gross me out a lot. I can smell when someone is on their period and wearing a pad.

Yes me too.  I can absolutely smell when people have their period.  Are there people who cannot smell this.  They are lucky.  For the record, I can also smell outside and smelly hair.[/quote]
