[/quote] I had a c section with an extension due to an emergency and twin birth. Tylenol was fine. I had bunion surgery and additional surgery to correct two toes and no, Tylenol was not enough. I was in agony waiting for my pain medication for several days. I had no problems dropping the pain meds within a few days. As others have said, it all depends on the surgery. [/quote]
