I am a first generation American, a wife of a retired Navy Officer, a mother of an Air Force Officer and a ROTC Army cadet who will commission in two years and I didn’t go to the parade out of fear. Fear of radical leftists who hate America and anyone who outwardly loves America. I have experienced first hand attacks from leftists while walking to and from a peaceful rally. Only to have the media portray the events completely differently than what I witnessed. We have a media that covers up for their side consistently and blatantly. Most of us who feel the way that I do would have loved to go to the Army parade this weekend but we are aware that we put ourselves and families at risk when doing so. I love America despite the hate from nearly half of the country and I am glad my parents (legally) came here to give me and my siblings a better life. I am so proud that my kids have chosen to serve and protect the rights of American citizens. You are lying. Screw off my family is generations military. My family died at 9/11, you are disgusting UnAmerican garbage. It’s astonishing how a dictator and his followers have managed to create a group blind to the reality of what they stand to lose. FOX News has already faced a $786 million penalty for misleading hard-working Americans, fostering a culture that seems unable to take even a moment to seek the truth. Now, they're facing a staggering $2 billion lawsuit for the same reasons, yet the followers remain steadfast in their belief in these falsehoods. These lies threaten to strip away the very freedoms that define our nation, could undermine the Constitution, and ultimately make life worse for everyone in America. Furthermore, there’s been troubling leadership within our military, with an irresponsible choice at the helm, as well as a blatant disregard for the oaths taken by previous presidents to uphold the Constitution. Supporting the right to protest and the First Amendment isn’t just about free speech; it’s about standing firmly with our military. To dismiss these principles is to turn away from what it truly means to be an American. Our Military takes an oath to the Constitution, not to the President wanna be king con man. You would know this is you had any brain cells of an American.
