Even if the behavior eventually stopped, the initial actions and continued taunting are inappropriate and unprofessional in any workplace. In most organizations, that would warrant a formal investigation, and potentially termination. Leadership should be held to the highest standard, especially when it comes to respecting boundaries and workplace ethics. [/quote]
