WWIII isn't going on right now but all these students want to come to the US and find a way to stay. I worked with several of these who were desperate for an HB1 Visa. And I can't say their skills are quite at the level of Manhattan project. These are run of the mill masters degrees in architecture and real estate. [/quote]
