The husband of the Japanese ex-princess took 3 or 4 tries before he finally passed. Kim's got stick-to-it-iveness. She may pass it. Also, there are some who go to law school and get their JD but never take the bar. Since she's never going to be a first year associate at some Biglaw firm, she doesn't actually need to pass the bar. She has passed her law program. And she knows how to persuade the president, which is an invaluable skill.[/quote]
