+1   I'm the PP who wrote that heroes are few and far between. Here's an example of "brave police officers" who were too scared to intervene. I'm sure some of those 19 kids could have been saved by a quicker medical response. Instead, they and their teachers just bled out on the classroom floor. No heroes in that bunch.

Looks like there was no need.  Kids stepped in to solve the problem.
