The Us is not paying for his imprisonment. The US has a contract with ES for members of the Venezuelan Tren de Arugua gang - not El Salvador citizens deemed MS13.

Those hearings had nothing to do with his deportation pursuant to the Alien Enemy Act.  since the administration chose to use that, they chose the rules.  And the rules say he needed to have provided, minimum, notice and opportunity.  The courts all agree.  Up to and including the Supreme Court.  And the administration agrees.

With respect to what the agreement with El Salvador covers, we do not know.  No one has seen the agreement and all we have are vague statements from an administration who refuses to comply with discovery orders and generally is telling everyone and their uncle to FO.  [/quote]

Please stop spreading misinformation.  Garcia was not deported under the Alien Enemies Act.  He was removed under title 8 of the immigration and nationality act.
