The term "biological males" (or females) is not that clearcut. And before you say that, for example, intersex conditions are rare, you still have to be able to make room for those situations, so where are you on that? (estimated people with intersex conditions in the US is more than 300,000).

You can’t let 300,000 dictate the lives of 330 million. These fringe issues need to be pushed to the fringe, for example Trump lied that he is pro IVF, is for abortion in certain situations just to get the vote. Frankly, democrats need to lie too, they will end up supporting intersex people but first get into power.
