No one is denying he receives threats.  But that doesn’t meant he is owed government protection forever…because of some twitter idiots. Law enforcement is capable of dealing with threatening emails and twitters. And/or lawyers and private security. Protection was funded while he was actively working for the government and 3 leaves after leaving.  That’s more than standard. [/quote]

Fauci became quite wealthy while at NIH--aside from being the highest paid government employee.  He can afford private security.

Exactly. Pretty much every elected official and plenty of non elected officials get twitter hate posts. Do we give all of the security? No, of course not.

Fauci is a complicated figure for sure but he is not owed lifetime security by the US government. Especially if more information come to light about his role in COVID. Not saying it will, but I've seen enough/heard enough that he's not entirely trustworthy. I also saw enough to know the Democrats turned him into a modern day saint and made a political figure out of him in the process. Perhaps the DNC should pay for his security?[/quote][/quote]
